When you submit the inquiry form on our Work With Me page, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, business or company name, and the message you write describing what you need help with.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you submit the inquiry form, our form-hosting provider automatically records your IP address, browser/device user-agent string, and the page that referred you to the form, alongside the message you submitted. We use this only to understand where inquiries come from and to help identify spam; we do not use it to track your activity elsewhere on the web.

This website does not currently use analytics software (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels, or non-essential tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy before any such tool goes live.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information submitted through the inquiry form to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether working together is a fit, and follow up about our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

When you submit the form, we also receive an automated email notification containing your submission so we can respond promptly — this is an internal step in handling your inquiry, not an additional disclosure to a third party.

5. Who We Share Information With

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., the hosting provider for this website, which acts as our data processor for that purpose. We don't share your information with any other third party except where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your explicit permission.

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 8 below.

7. How We Protect Your Information

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are handled by Netlify's infrastructure rather than a custom database we maintain ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we don't ask for or store information beyond what's described in this policy.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you — just email katie@everyoneneedsakatiewest.com, and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not sell personal information, as defined under California and other state privacy laws. If you're a California resident with questions about your rights under the CCPA, reach out using the contact information above.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we've inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
